Making a Purchase
Placing an order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for reference.
Purchasing our products is easy. Just click on the “Buy now” button on the item you wish to purchase and this will take you to the Paypal checkout. Enter all your details including telephone number and credit card details. We are unable to take orders over the telephone at this present time.
If an order is placed over the weekend or a Bank Holiday then the order will be processed on the next working day.
If any items are incorrectly priced by mistake, we, Unishower Ltd, will not be bound to honour the incorrect prices.

Prices
Prices for each item is clearly set out in our website. All prices are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT which is at 20%. Delivery is £39 for orders under £400 to mainland UK. Please see delivery notes.

Please note we are unable to deliver to postcodes KW , IV, PA and some parts of PH . Please contact us for details.
All items are boxed brand new. We use a specialist carrier to ensure safe transit for the items. Dispatch will be within 5 working days and delivery up to 10 working days after receiving cleared payment. Delivery is to ground floor only as our carrier is not insured for carrying items upstairs. Boxes require two people for handling. We use a specialist carrier to ensure safe transit for the items and they will then contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date, therefore we require a contact number for our carrier to make delivery arrangements; otherwise items will not be dispatched.
Please check that all items arrive in good condition before signing delivery paperwork. If the packaging is damaged on receipt of the items please write “damaged” on the delivery note and inform us within 24 hours of delivery. If you do not check your items before signing the delivery note then a claim cannot be made against our transport carrier.
Orders will only be delivered to the address which the customer has provided on the order and will not be left at the address without a signature.
If a date for delivery has been agreed but our carrier is unable to deliver on that agreed date due to the customer being unable to accept delivery then a redelivery charge will be applicable. This cost will be charged to the purchaser.
Unishower Ltd strongly advises that you do not book any installers or engage in any preparatory work until items have been received and checked.

Cancelling your Order
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within
7 working days (not including weekends or Bank Holidays) starting from the day after
receipt of goods. You must provide us with written details of the items ordered (either

You must take reasonable care to ensure the items are not damaged and all non faulty goods must be returned safely unused, in its original packaging which is undamaged and not defaced. Please do not write on the packaging as this will deem the item unfit for resale, but affix a label addressed to Unishower Ltd using the address details below. We reserve the right not to accept items which do not meet with these conditions.
A collection charge will be deducted from the refund of the order which will be up to a maximum of £60. Please contact us if you wish to return items in person.
We will refund your money less delivery costs within 30 days at the latest. Returns outside of this time period will not be accepted.

be included with other documents in the documents enclosed envelope attached to one
